The work

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Design and build custom integrations across applications, services, and data sources.
• Clean, transform, validate, and pipeline messy or incomplete datasets for downstream analytics and AI applications.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and improvement of applied AI solutions in real-world customer environments.
• Contribute to full-stack engineering tasks, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and reliable production releases.
• Communicate progress clearly, participate in technical discussions, and adapt quickly to changing customer requirements.

• 0–1 year of professional experience or equivalent project experience in software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in programming, data structures, APIs, databases, and software development practices.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and solving ambiguous technical problems.
• Ability to learn rapidly, work hands-on in customer environments, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a proactive approach to ownership and troubleshooting.
