Robert Bosch is offering a student the opportunity for 2 Interns to work at Bosch in the Corporate Finance department. Your contribution to something big: • Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes. • Preparation of reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure. • Manage the signatories’ process for payment authorisation. • Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors. • Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania) • Daily management of interface and relationships between HUB RO and IN. • Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has gained some experience and demonstrated their abilities. Currently studying for a degree in a relevant discipline i.e. Accounting & Finance. You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, additionally, it is highly desirable that you are an advanced user of Excel. • Basic accounting knowledge • An eye for detail is essential as well being a quick learner. • You should be able to prioritise workload accordingly to meet targets and have the ability to adhere to deadlines. • You should be proactive and with a positive attitude. • You should be enthusiastic, determined and flexible. • You will have good organisational skills. • Good communicator who is clear and able to communicate at all levels. • Quick learner that is analytical and accurate with a high level of attention to detail. • Strong team player. This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course. Location: you will be based at the Denham office. As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers. Interview Process and Right to Work Information: Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
