The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation and validation.
  • Apply data-driven problem solving to improve products, processes, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
  • Support product development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Analyze technical challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.
  • Present project results, insights, and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a highly regarded university.
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Practical experience with CAD tools in design or product development, complemented by knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) simulation.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and data analytics.
  • Fluent English a must
