• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various applications and platforms;
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and systems from threats;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of IT services;
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in IT operations;
• Conduct regular system audits and create reports on system health and performance;
