About the role

MongoDB’s Employer Brand team owns how MongoDB is viewed as an employer and helps attract the talent needed to support our growth. We turn MongoDB’s strategy, EVP and employee experience into clear, credible stories and experiences across the candidate journey.

As an Employer Brand Analyst, you will support the delivery of our India Employer Brand strategy during a period of significant hiring growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on content creation, particularly video, and strong project execution. You will create, film and edit content, coordinate across teams and help prioritise activity against the most important hiring needs.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract. You do not need an Employer Brand background, but strong content creation skills are essential.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

The work

Responsibilities

  • Create content across video, social and digital channels, including employee stories, short-form videos and campaign assets.
  • Own video production from concept through delivery, including planning, filming and editing.
  • Support Employer Brand campaigns across digital media, social, employee advocacy, PR and influencer activity.
  • Coordinate projects across Recruiting, Social, Comms & PR, agencies, employees and technical leaders, managing timelines, reviews and approvals.
  • Partner with Recruiting to prioritise activity based on changing hiring needs and the talent audiences where Employer Brand can have the greatest impact.
  • Manage multiple priorities at once and adapt quickly as business and hiring priorities change.
  • Support third-party employer profiles, awards activity and local internal communications.

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, employer branding or a related field.
  • Hands-on video production experience, including filming and editing.
  • Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
  • Strong project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Good creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content engaging across social and digital channels.
  • Confident cross-functional communicator who can work effectively with employees, leaders and external partners.
  • Strong writing skills are a plus, but not essential.
  • Employer Brand or recruitment marketing experience is helpful, but not required.
