Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for the role of EIC Apprentice - Valuations (Mumbai)!
The work
•
Conduct primary field surveys and interact with local brokers and market participants to build real estate asset databases.
•
Execute valuation assignments and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
•
Conduct in-depth research on designated topics such as luxury real estate drivers, warehouse asset classes, and senior living trends.
•
Research major real estate-based Alternative Investment Funds (Category-II AIFs) in India, analyzing market size, performance, and impact on sector growth.
•
Analyze mega infrastructure projects pan-India and study their direct impact on various real estate asset classes.
•
Track retail industry trends and contribute to research reports on existing and upcoming retail mall supply.
•
Maintain structured databases of ongoing and upcoming projects, developers, and institutional investors.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
