White Warbler Communication is seeking a curious and motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to gain practical agency experience in Pune. The internship offers hands-on exposure to social media planning, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking in a collaborative communications environment. The first month is a training period, followed by paid engagement during months two and three.

The work

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate engaging content for social media channels.
• Support the execution of digital campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Assist with maintaining content calendars and coordinating campaign deliverables.
• Track social media and campaign performance, organize observations, and help identify what drives meaningful results.
• Work with the team to learn agency workflows and contribute to client-focused marketing activities.
