The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

  • Large Scale Data Management Engineering .
  • Assist in handling and organising colossal, large volume datasets related to next generation equipment and associated documentation.
  • Work with structured, semi structured and unstructured data, including equipment records, technical documentation, maintenance records, specifications, logs and lifecycle information.
  • Identify data quality issues, duplication, inconsistencies, missing information and schema variations.
  • Support development of efficient local data storage and processing architectures suitable for a LAN only environment.
  • Equipment Lifecycle Management Analytics.
  • Assist in developing data driven approaches for equipment lifecycle management from induction through maintenance, upgrades, modification and eventual retirement.
  • Develop analytical models to understand equipment history, utilisation, maintenance trends and lifecycle events.
