• Follow up customer calls • Responds to customer’s email inquiries in a timely manner • Process orders, forms, and claims • Provides product and service information to customers • Manages and updates customer databases • Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data • Manages B2B system updates and processing uploads • Research required information using available resources • Manages and resolves customer complaints • 1 year of customer service associate experience • Excellent in speaking and writing (English) • Attention to details and accuracy • Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment • Team Player • Amenable to work in UK timezone/ shifting schedule • Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback • Client oriented • Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce system • Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Amenable to work onsite and to start asap Kindly attach your resume in your application.
