The work

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business contacts.
  • Understand customer requirements, respond to queries, and provide timely updates.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and other relevant teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, requests, and resolutions.
  • Support customer retention through professional communication and consistent service.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow them through to closure.
