CBTS is hiring for the role of Coordinator HR Shared Services!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Manage employee queries and service requests through HR case management systems while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.
  • Execute backend operational transactions end-to-end, including timecard processing, reconciliations, invoicing support, and data validation.
  • Identify and resolve routine employee issues independently, collaborating with senior team members or escalating complex cases when required.
  • Perform transaction validations, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate HR process documentation and operational records.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, update FAQs/SOPs, and maintain responsive, professional communication with employees.

  • Graduate or MBA in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or back-office administration.
  • Strong data validation, process coordination, problem-solving, and SLA management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
