  • Content & Community Intern (Reddit + AI). You can sell sand in the desert, and make the buyer thank you for it.
  • You'll help us show up in the online communities our audience trusts, with content people actually want to read, upvote, and share.

The work

Responsibility

  • Find the right subreddits for our audience, learn each community's rules and culture, and join conversations in a way that adds value instead of reading like an ad
  • Write Reddit posts, comments, replies, and short-form content that hooks readers from the first line
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for research, ideas, and drafts, then edit everything until it sounds truly human
  • Review content and flag anything that reads as generic, robotic, or AI-generated, and rewrite it so it feels real
  • Apply SEO basics like keyword research and search intent so our content ranks on Google and AI search tools
  • Track engagement on posts and threads, and share weekly learnings on what worked and what didn't
  • Spot trending threads, common questions, and pain points in our space, and pitch content ideas based on them

Who they want

Requirements

  • Real time spent on Reddit, with an understanding of karma, subreddit culture, and why self-promotion gets downvoted
  • Clear, conversational, and persuasive writing that can make even a boring topic interesting
  • Comfort with AI writing and research tools, and an understanding of their limits
  • The ability to tell human writing from AI-generated text within a few lines
  • Basic SEO knowledge: keywords, search intent, headings, and meta descriptions
  • Bonus: an active Reddit account, writing samples, or posts that got real traction
  • When applying, share the most creative thing you've made in the last two years and tell us why it was creative
