About the Opportunity

We are looking for passionate and curious Content Writers who closely follow trending news, current affairs, Indian politics, global politics, and major national and international developments.

This opportunity is ideal for students, aspiring journalists, journalism/media students, and freelance writers who want hands-on experience in digital news writing and political/current-affairs content.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write 3–4 original news articles per day.
• Each article should be at least 700 words and provide meaningful context, not just a brief news summary.
• Cover trending and developing stories across:
• Indian politics and governance
• Indian current affairs
• Global politics and international affairs
• Major national and international news
• Important policy, economic and geopolitical developments
• Trending stories with significant public interest
• Monitor reliable news sources and identify stories that are relevant and timely.
• Verify facts, names, dates, figures, quotes and other important information before publication.
• Present information in a clear, engaging and reader-friendly format.
• Follow basic SEO and digital publishing practices, including headlines, subheadings and keyword placement.
• Rewrite and structure information in an original manner without plagiarism.
• Maintain accuracy and distinguish between verified facts, statements, allegations and opinions.

• Ability to write 3–4 articles daily, with each article being at least 700 words.

• Basic understanding of SEO and online content writing is preferred.
• Students pursuing journalism, mass communication, political science, international relations, English, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
