The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

• Develop engaging content and reels (on-camera + voiceovers) that amplify our mission.
• Research trending formats and social media trends to create fresh, relatable content.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with confidence.
• Assist with social media management – posting, engagement, and analyzing performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns that drive reach and awareness.
• Experiment with storytelling formats to make social impact content more engaging.

Who they want

Requirements

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (Hindi + English mix preferred).
• Confidence to appear on camera and deliver clear, engaging voiceovers.
• Basic video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook).
• Self-driven, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Passion for social impact and grassroots change.

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per month (post 3 months, performance-based PPO available)

Schedule: Flexible (2–3 content pieces per week, with periodic team check-ins)
