The work

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance, maintain asset and service records, and document recurring issues and their solutions.
• Provide clear technical assistance to employees and explain solutions in a professional, user-friendly manner.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and related hardware.
• Set up and support wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, access points, and basic network security controls.
• Diagnose hardware failures, connectivity issues, operating system errors, and user access problems, resolving incidents within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, warranties, and installation support when required.

Requirements

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month. This is a full-time opportunity for a hands-on professional who can help maintain reliable hardware and network operations.

• Relevant experience in computer hardware maintenance, desktop support, network administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Practical knowledge of Windows environments, computer assembly, peripheral devices, LAN/WAN concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to work methodically, prioritize support requests, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• The role is based in New Delhi and follows a full-time, in-office work arrangement.
