About the Role

We're looking for a Category Management Senior Client Lead to join our team in Minneapolis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys uncovering insights from shopper and category data and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Working closely with colleagues, clients, and retailer stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of category reviews, customer analyses, and growth opportunities that help shape better business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in delivering insight-led recommendations that help clients understand shoppers, grow categories, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Deliver category, customer, and shopper analyses using dunnhumby data and tools.
  • Support the development of category reviews, assortment recommendations, and promotional evaluations.
  • Create clear and compelling presentations that translate data into actionable stories.
  • Partner with client and retailer stakeholders to understand business questions and provide insight-based recommendations.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects that help improve category performance and customer outcomes.

  • Experience using data and analytics to support category management, category development, insights, or shopper marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical capability with an eye for identifying trends, opportunities, and key customer behaviors.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to different audiences.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Interest in retail, customer behavior, and helping clients make data-driven decisions.
