The work

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of campus recruitment drives and events.
  • Coordinate with university career services and student organizations to promote opportunities.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection processes.
  • Support the onboarding process for new interns and employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in developing and executing campus engagement strategies.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to social media content creation for campus recruitment branding.
  • Research and identify new university partnerships and recruitment channels.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.
