The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student representatives.
• Assist in scheduling recruitment drives, presentations, information sessions, and related events.
• Maintain organized records of campus contacts, schedules, participation, and recruitment activities.
• Communicate recruitment-related information to students, institutional representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide logistical and administrative support during campus hiring initiatives.
• Track the progress of campus outreach activities and share updates with the relevant team.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with educational institutions.
• Support follow-ups and ensure timely coordination throughout the campus recruitment process.
• Contribute to documentation and reporting related to campus relations and recruitment activities.
