This is a hands-on role, not an observation or administrative internship. The intern works on real processes, experiments with technology and ships solutions with measurable impact.

Business process improvement

• Map how departments operate today and identify bottlenecks and redundant steps.
• Propose and help build simpler, scalable workflows.
• Reduce repetitive manual work through technology and automation.
• Document workflows and help standardise processes across teams.

Automation and systems integration

• Work with Excel, ERPNext, Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Build automations using scripts, APIs, AI tools and built-in software features.
• Connect disconnected systems and improve data consistency.
• Build internal tools, dashboards and utilities where required.

Technology research and experimentation

• Research tools and solutions for specific operational problems.
• Prototype and test alternative approaches, then recommend the most practical one.
• Use programming, AI-assisted development, automation platforms and integrations.
• Explore improvements to existing technology workflows, including software and connected devices.

Operational technology support

• Partner with inventory, warehouse, service operations and other teams.
• Improve workflows for asset tracking, reporting, data management and labelling.
• Investigate technical issues and recommend fixes.
• Test, document and support adoption of approved improvements.

This is a 6-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000. The intern will gain practical experience in process analysis, stakeholder coordination, systems documentation, and automation-focused execution.

• A track record of independently building, automating or improving something with technology.
• Basic programming concepts and comfort with computers and software.
• Working knowledge of Excel and interest in structured data.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases or automation tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to learn, research, troubleshoot and build faster.
• Habit of understanding the problem before proposing a solution.
• Organised, proactive and able to learn independently.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Mumbai office.
