Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, messages, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Understand prospect needs, explain Superfone’s offerings clearly, and maintain accurate interaction records.
  • Follow up consistently with qualified leads and support the sales pipeline from initial contact through closure.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve outreach quality, address objections, and contribute to successful conversions.
  • Track daily activity and share updates on lead progress, conversations, and closures.
