The work

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified prospects through email outreach and LinkedIn lead generation.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and senior management.
• Communicate the organization’s services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity.
• Build and nurture client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
• Work independently in a remote environment while meeting agreed activity and follow-up goals.

Requirements

Internship details: This is a paid, full-time, remote internship for 4 months with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month. Interns can also earn a 2% performance incentive on every successful lead conversion. A completion certificate will be provided, and high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Marketing, BBA, or MBA program.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal ability.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing tasks independently.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, and continuous learning.
