The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company’s sales pipeline while developing practical expertise in customer engagement, lead conversion, and market outreach.

The work

Responsibilities

Identify prospective clients through research, networking, outbound communication, and other business development activities.
Communicate with prospects clearly in English, understand their requirements, and explain relevant products or services.
Follow up consistently with leads, maintain accurate records, and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, demonstrations, negotiations, and smooth client onboarding.
Meet assigned activity and business development targets while sharing market feedback with the team.

Requirements

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, based on suitability and experience.

Graduate in any discipline with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or client-facing work.
Good spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, organised, target-oriented, and comfortable engaging with new customers.
Ability to work from the Jaipur office on a full-time basis.
