Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and introduce the company's services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, schedule meetings, and coordinate business discussions.
  • Support lead generation, client acquisition, and business development activities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client reports as required.
  • Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and communicate client requirements effectively.
  • Work toward monthly lead generation, client engagement, and business development targets.
