The work

Responsibilities

• Onboard new users and help them understand the app's value.
• Plan and run campaigns that increase app usage and average time spent by users.
• Track campaign outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and share actionable observations.
• Suggest new features or report bugs that may affect campaign effectiveness and user experience.
• Work closely with the team to test ideas, communicate feedback, and improve campaign execution.

Requirements

This is a 2-month unpaid internship with T-shirts and books provided as goodies. The role is fully remote and offers practical exposure to user onboarding, campaign execution, product feedback, and growth-focused marketing.

• Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA and in the pre-final year of the programme.
• Strong interest in brand campaigns, user engagement, marketing, and mobile applications.
• Clear communication, initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• No prior professional experience is required; candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
