The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Reviewing drafting and finalization of contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations company policies and playbook standards
  • Liaising with and advising internal stakeholders (including business teams) to facilitate successful closure of transactions
  • Identify and assess legal and business risks in contracts and escalate issues as applicable
  • Negotiation of contracts with clients/vendors
  • Data Analysis and assisting in preparing presentations for the Management
  • Assisting in maintaining internal data sheets and other process-oriented requirements
