Assoc Analyst Business Operations

Medline Industries is hiring for the role of Assoc Analyst Business Operations! Responsibilities of the Candidate: • Review and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and divisional cost savings. Analyze and distribute reports daily, weekly, monthly - highlighting areas of opportunity for expense reduction. • Provide basic analysis and reporting by working with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit, A/P and other such groups in the organization. • Identify future and/or past sales trends to assist in developing effective growth and expansion plans. • Organize plans and recommend basic analysis and reports. • Participate in cross functional teams and projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory practices. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field. • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using basic functions, inserting charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas). • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
