The work

Responsibilities of the Apprentice

  • Assist with routine office and administrative activities.
  • Support documentation, record maintenance and data entry.
  • Assist the assigned department with day-to-day operations.
  • Learn relevant workplace processes during the apprenticeship.
  • COPA Apprentice
  • Assist with computer-based office work and data entry.
  • Support document preparation and record management.
  • Use office software for routine administrative tasks.
  • Apply computer and programming-related skills during training.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks.
  • Matriculation (Class 10) and an ITI certificate affiliated with NCVT/SCVT.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
  • Age: 15 to under 25 years as of 9 October 2026.
  • Age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, and other specified categories as per government rules.
  • Candidates must be willing to work at one of the listed East Zone offices.
  • Registration on the applicable apprenticeship portal is required.
