The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

•

Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel

  • Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business efficiency.
  • Support the development of business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Assist with the development and enhancement of internal digital portals and user experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities
  • Support data preparation, reporting automation, and analytics initiatives using tools such as Python and other digital technologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence and process optimization
  • Explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and cloud-based solutions, and support proof-of-concept activities.

Attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset

  • Currently pursuing a B.E. or B.Tech degree and enrolled in the 6th to 8th semester of study.
  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, data analytics, or business process improvement.
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, or other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Foundational knowledge of programming concepts and at least one language such as Python, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, or VBA
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within global, cross-functional teams
