WNS is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable – Senior Associate Ops
The work
•
Process invoices, urgent payment requests, and other operational transactions accurately within defined timelines.
•
Review and validate documents to ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
•
Handle vendor and stakeholder queries through email and other communication channels.
•
Monitor pending transactions and ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
•
Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records of processed transactions.
•
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity, and quality targets.
•
Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
•
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
•
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
Who they want
•
B.Com.
•
2–3 years of experience in P2P from a BPO background.
•
Understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
•
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Esker, or similar platforms preferred.
•
Willingness to work the morning shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
•
Ability to work from the Nashik office.
