The work

Manage client accounts and support middle office and fund administration solutions across jurisdictions.
•
Serve as a key operational and relationship point of contact for institutional clients.
•
Coordinate cross-functional deliverables to ensure high-quality service and timely execution.

Maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational service standards.
•
Drive customer engagement, address operational queries, and identify service enhancement opportunities.
