Happiehire Consultancy is hiring a Zonal Data Captain to support commercial video data collection and field expansion initiatives in Bangalore. The work

Responsibilities

• Convert a minimum of eight verified businesses each day for commercial video data collection.
• Scout new towns, markets, and industrial clusters within the assigned zone and build a reliable pipeline of business opportunities.
• Coordinate recording-day activities, help ensure smooth on-ground execution, and maintain positive relationships with participating business owners.
• Track daily progress, share accurate updates, and take ownership of zone-level targets and operational follow-through.

Requirements

This is a full-time contract position offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000, along with performance incentives of up to ₹95,000 per month.

• At least one year of experience in field sales, business development, or a closely related role.
• Native fluency in the relevant local language along with strong English communication skills.
• An existing network of business owners in the assigned region is highly valuable.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently in a 100% field-based environment.
• Comfort working with clear daily targets, frequent market visits, and relationship-led business acquisition.
