Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Support identification of process inefficiencies, and development and implementation of improvements.
  • Create, maintain, analyze, and visualize KPIs, and support reporting.
  • Assist in Lean and Continuous Improvement projects (data analysis, documentation, workshop prep, follow-up).
  • Support the introduction and standardization of Lean methods and tools at company locations.

Requirements

What they're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Interest in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset and enjoys working with data.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Structured, independent, and meticulous way of working.
  • Very good German and English skills.

Nice to have

What would help

  • First experience with reporting or BI tools.
