InteractUp is a National Level NGO with 5000+ members across India working towards skill development, start up support, corporate relationships and supporting the youth to develop in personal as well as professional life.

InteractUp presents the InteractUp National Core Committees Selection 2026 — a multi-stage competition designed to identify individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, solve real-world problems, and transform ideas into executable initiatives. Selected individuals will get the opportunity to join the 2026–27 Committee.

Participants will be tested on their ability to analyse, ideate, strategise, present, and execute through a series of competitive rounds.

InteractUp's National Core Committees

InteractUp's ecosystem has three National Core Committees:

The National Core Committees Selection Challenge 2026 focuses specifically on individuals who want to dedicate some time each week to the NGO and take on leadership responsibilities.

  • Skill Development Committee: Skill-building, communication, critical thinking, leadership, competitions, and professional development.
  • Organize monthly national-level competitions that develop communication, leadership, critical thinking, and other essential soft skills.
  • Design and execute innovative competitions, challenges, workshops, and learning experiences.
  • Research, create, and continuously improve learning resources, toolkits, practice materials, and skill development content.
  • Invite industry experts, mentors, and professionals to conduct interactive sessions and masterclasses.
  • Collaborate with colleges, student clubs, international communities, cultural organizations, and competition partners to expand opportunities for members.
  • Identify emerging industry skills and develop programs that prepare members for future careers.
  • Work closely with other committees to design specialized learning initiatives aligned with startups, corporates, and leadership development.
  • Measure the impact of programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the learning experience for members.

  • Corporate Committee: Corporate exposure, professional networking, industry engagement, corporate partnerships, and professional development initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporates by creating partnership proposals and securing long-term collaborations.
  • Organize one corporate-focused competition every month to bridge students and working professionals with industry.
  • Expand and engage the corporate community through networking events, exclusive programs, and regular professional activities.
  • Connect with CXOs, founders, business leaders, presidents, HR leaders, and industry experts to organize podcasts, town halls, panel discussions, and leadership sessions.
  • Secure sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and corporate collaborations for events and initiatives.
  • Create opportunities for internships, mentorships, live projects, industry exposure, and career development.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with companies and build premium industry relationships that benefit the community.
  • Work with other committees to integrate corporate insights into competitions, learning programs, and startup initiatives.

  • Startup Committee: Entrepreneurship, innovation, founders, startup professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs.

  • Build and grow a thriving startup community across diverse sectors while promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Develop relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, incubators, and accelerators to connect startups with funding opportunities.
  • Build strategic collaborations with startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, and entrepreneurship organizations.
  • Help startups overcome business bottlenecks by facilitating mentorship, hiring support, networking, partnerships, and resource sharing.
  • Invite successful entrepreneurs and founders for talks, mentorship sessions, and collaborative initiatives.
  • Organize the organization's flagship annual startup competition, bringing together startups, investors, mentors, and industry leaders.
  • Partner with startup expos, entrepreneurship events, and innovation platforms while helping startups gain visibility and growth opportunities.
