Business Orbit is hiring for a Video Editing Intern! About the Company: Business Orbit is building engaging content and opportunities around modern business storytelling. This internship is designed for a creative editor who enjoys shaping conversations into polished, audience-friendly podcast content across digital platforms. Responsibilities: • Edit long-form podcast video episodes into clean, engaging final cuts. • Create short-form clips, teasers, reels, and social-media-ready highlights from podcast recordings. • Improve pacing, transitions, framing, audio-video sync, captions, and visual consistency. • Collaborate with the content team to identify strong moments, hooks, and storytelling opportunities. • Organize project files, incorporate feedback, and deliver edits within agreed timelines. Requirements: • Fresher candidates with a strong interest in podcast and digital content editing are welcome. • Basic familiarity with video-editing software and an understanding of cuts, timelines, audio, and captions. • Good visual sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn through feedback. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate reliably. • The internship runs for 6 months, with a potential opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements. This is a paid, remote internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000. The ideal candidate is curious about podcast storytelling and motivated to turn raw conversations into compelling, professional content.
