US Payroll and Accounts Specialist

What you'll do - Run and check payroll for our US team, with our employer-of-record partner. - Manage US bookkeeping, reconciliations and month-end close. - Track US payroll taxes, W-2 and 1099 paperwork, and filing dates with our US accountants. - Report US costs clearly to the founder each month. - Work some hours that overlap with the US. What you'll bring - 3 or more years working on US payroll and US accounts. - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP or similar. - A sound working knowledge of US payroll taxes. - Accuracy and care with confidential pay data.
