The work

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-fidelity XR training simulators using Unity 6 and C#.
• Build intuitive physics-based interaction systems for industrial tools and equipment.
• Deliver stable, responsive applications across enterprise hardware and XR devices.
• Collaborate with technical leads and cross-functional stakeholders to create modular, scalable codebases.
• Profile applications, identify bottlenecks, and optimize rendering, memory usage, and frame rates.
• Contribute to technical documentation, testing, debugging, and continuous improvements to simulator quality.

Requirements

This is a permanent, full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai or Thiruvananthapuram, with annual compensation of ₹7 LPA.

• 2+ years of professional experience developing applications with Unity.
• Strong proficiency in C# and proven experience creating interactive 3D applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of XR frameworks such as OpenXR or XR Interaction Toolkit.
• Practical understanding of 3D rendering, shaders, physics-based interactions, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate technical decisions clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
