Cargill is hiring for the role of Trade Execution Coordinator!
The work
•
Vendor payment & reconcile account statement & prepare/update relevant trackers.
•
Vessel Screening, setting up of vessel in ERP & OpenText.
•
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to verify and comply with all requirements for Vendor Payments.
•
Prepare Monthly data of activities handled for PowerBI Dashboard.
•
Maintain files for import and export documents to ensure clean Internal/External Audits.
•
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
•
Other duties as assigned.
