WHAT YOU’LL DO • Lead end-to-end project delivery for telecom and network initiatives, including circuit design, procurement, provisioning, optimization, and production rollout • Continuously monitor and improve network architecture and latency performance to support business requirements • Manage external vendors, and drive effective collaboration across internal teams and external parties to ensure timely and high-quality delivery and improvement • Support diplomatic negotiations with vendors and strategic partners • Prepare solution proposals,and present recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making • Deliver regular reporting on project progress, risks, and overall performance optimisation solutions • Develop strong knowledge of transmission networks, latency metrics, and network planning, and proactively assess new technologies and industry developments to support optimal solutions WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of experience in telecom circuits, network infrastructure, or transmission network related roles • Strong understanding of telecom and transmission technologies; experience with wireless technologies is a plus • Experience managing vendor relationships in this industry, including coordination and commercial engagement • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining sound judgment • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward exploring new technologies and solutions • Fluent English communication skills WHAT YOU’LL GET • The chance to work alongside diverse and intelligent peers in a rewarding environment • Competitive remuneration including an attractive bonus structure and additional leave entitlements • Training, mentorship and personal development opportunities • Daily breakfast, lunch and snacks • Gym membership, sports and leisure activities, plus weekly in-house chair massages • Regular social events, clubs and Friday afternoon drinks.
