The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to wholesale inquiries.
  • Respond to queries through calls, emails, chat, or CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Log, track, and update customer interactions and issues in the CRM accurately.
  • Provide correct product or order-related information to customers promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and operations) for issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to senior support staff.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or similar roles.
