The work

About the role

  • One Mind Learning is the internship program of ePool Solutions LLP, which builds CloudEntry, an attendance and HR platform used by around 700 businesses. You work remotely, at your own pace, on the real product.

The work

What you will do

  • Learn the product: its screens, how the server code works, and the database behind it.
  • Test it: run prepared UI and System test cases on a test site and report what you find.
  • Once you qualify (one accepted System test), sign the agreement and get a browser-based workspace with the code and an AI coding assistant ready to use.
  • Take development tasks from the real backlog (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, or the React Native / Expo mobile app) and submit them as pull requests for review.

Pay

  • Learning and testing are unpaid. Each development task you complete is paid once accepted, by its size and complexity; the amount is shown on the task before you take it. There is no fixed salary or stipend.

Who should apply

  • Graduates (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science or similar) looking for real project experience.
  • Comfortable reading code and documentation on your own; C#, SQL or web basics help.
  • Able to give regular time each week. No fixed hours, no deadline.
