About Aeroza

Aeroza is building a new ecosystem for automobile and diecast enthusiasts, and we're looking for someone who can help us build our social presence from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll just be asked to edit videos. You'll own the complete content cycle: Research → Ideas → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyze.

The work

What You'll Do

• Research interesting topics, stories and trends.
• Find new content ideas and formats for Instagram.
• Write engaging short-form video scripts.
• Shoot and create Instagram Reels.
• Edit videos for Instagram.
• Write captions and create covers.
• Publish and manage content.
• Track content performance and understand what works.
• Experiment with different hooks, formats and ideas.
• Bring your own creative ideas to the table.
• Help build and improve Aeroza's overall social media presence.

Who they want

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who genuinely understands Instagram and Reels.
• Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting.
• Able to independently take an idea from concept → published Reel.
• Comfortable with shooting and video editing.
• Familiar with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, etc.
• Understands hooks, trends and audience retention.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Portfolio matters more than your degree.
• Students are welcome!

Nice to have

Bonus, Not A Requirement

• Interest in cars, automobiles, diecast or automotive culture.
• You don't need to be a car expert—we're looking for someone who knows how to create great content.
