We are looking for creative and motivated Social Media Marketing & Content Creation Interns who can help build our online presence, promote our products, and engage with our audience across social media platforms.

The work

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create attractive, professional, and engaging social media posts for company products, announcements, events, and campaigns.
• Design graphics, promotional creatives, carousels, banners, and festival greeting posts using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and descriptions for social media content.
• Publish and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Research trending topics, content ideas, industry updates, and relevant hashtags.
• Promote AVRMitra's products, services, projects, internships, and company announcements.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and promotional content when required.
• Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Prepare weekly content calendars and basic social media performance reports.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the company brand.

College students, freshers, and candidates interested in social media marketing, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, or brand management are welcome to apply. Previous professional experience is not mandatory.

• Creativity and interest in social media marketing.

• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to create engaging captions and promotional content.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement.
