The work

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Plan and prepare monthly or weekly social media content calendars.
  • Create engaging posts, carousels, stories, captions, and reel concepts.
  • Coordinate content creation using tools such as Canva and other design or editing tools.
  • Research trending topics, relevant hashtags, and competitor content.
  • Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
  • Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
  • Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, content quality, and posting schedules.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and business development teams when required.
