Sia Health is a women’s health startup helping women better manage hormonal and metabolic health through personalised nutrition, education, and ongoing support. The intern will work with a growing, mission-driven team and gain practical exposure to how a health startup builds trust, educates its audience, and grows through digital content.

The work

Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels and other short-form videos using raw footage from founders, doctors, nutritionists, and team members.
• Add captions, subtitles, hooks, music, transitions, and simple graphics while adapting one content idea for multiple platforms.
• Support content shoots, research trending formats, and suggest fresh Reel, carousel, Story, and video ideas.
• Help manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube by scheduling posts, writing captions, creating Stories, repurposing content, and maintaining the content calendar.
• Create carousels, posts, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and Meta ad creatives using Canva or similar tools while following brand guidelines.
• Research women’s health, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, competitor activity, and content trends. Track performance and help identify formats, hooks, and creative approaches that improve engagement, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in Instagram, Reels, content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Basic to intermediate video editing ability and comfort with Canva; experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta Business Suite is helpful.
• Good visual judgment, written communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• College students, recent graduates, aspiring content creators, and candidates from marketing, design, media, communications, or related backgrounds are welcome. Prior professional experience is not mandatory, though portfolios, edited Reels, social pages, college projects, or personal content work are valued.
• This is a part-time internship conducted remotely for 3 months. Strong performance may lead to a longer-term opportunity.
