AI teams use its platform to run inference on open-source models, fine-tune them and rent large GPU clusters. The fleet is set to grow about 10×; the team won't. That's where you come in.   Who they’re looking for: Site Reliability Engineer, Senior Back-end Developer with Golang, Senior Back-end Developer with Python, AI Infrastructure Engineer, Distributed Storage Engineer, DevOps.   Requirements for Senior Back-end Developers with Golang • 5+ years of commercial experience with Golang • 2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes • 1+ year of experience in AI-assisted coding • Experience with distributed systems   Requirements for Senior Back-end Developers with Python • 5+ years of commercial experience with Python • 2+ years of commercial experience with Linux • 2+ years of commercial experience with Kubernetes • 1+ year of experience in AI-assisted coding • Experience with distributed systems • You own problems end-to-end: you spot the issue, design and build the solution, and ship it to production • You can show the business impact of your work with concrete results (e.g., faster processing, lower costs, more users, fewer incidents) • Advanced English: you discuss business tasks, explain your decisions, raise issues early, and present yourself and your results well on client calls • You work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision • You onboard quickly and start shipping in your first weeks   Other job listings you can check using the link.
