Self-Serve Apprentice

HighLevel is hiring for the role of Self-Serve Apprentice! Responsibilities of the Intern: • Engage with self-serve users under managerial guidance to drive trial activation, adoption, subscription conversion, and time-to-value. • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and in-app signals, guiding users through onboarding flows, product features, and best practices. • Communicate the HighLevel value proposition, address common user questions/objections, and maintain accurate interaction records in CRM systems. • Collaborate with Trial Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize trial flows, messaging, and engagement strategies (email, in-app messaging). • Complete structured training, onboarding, and ongoing certification milestones to build product and sales fluency. Requirements: • 0 to 1 years of professional experience (internships, customer service, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing work counts; no prior SaaS/sales experience required). • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred, not strictly required). • Genuine interest in guiding users through onboarding, technical aptitude, and a knack for explaining concepts clearly. • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and willingness to learn CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. • Strong time management, written/verbal communication skills, and willingness to work fixed night shifts (08:00 PM - 05:00 AM CST / Mon-Fri).
