The work

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
Lead customer acquisition initiatives across digital, field, institutional, and partnership channels.
Build and manage the sales pipeline, monitor conversions, and improve enrolment performance.
Guide the sales and marketing team through target setting, coaching, performance reviews, and continuous process improvement.
Plan campaigns, evaluate lead quality, track return on marketing investment, and provide regular performance reports.
Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the education ecosystem.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure consistent communication and a strong learner experience.

Requirements

3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a closely related leadership role.
Experience in the ed-tech industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage targets, sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and team performance.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work independently and make data-informed decisions.
The role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and offers a monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹75,000 depending on experience and interview performance.
