The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases for web-based applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and edge-case testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation scripts (Selenium, Playwright) to improve test coverage and execution speed.
  • Explore and adopt AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to enhance team efficiency and automated defect analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, web standards, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and Agile delivery practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of proven work experience in a Quality Assurance role with hands-on experience in web application testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, test documentation, and scripting experience in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and good cross-functional collaboration skills.
