About Gurily

Gurily is a music platform built for independent artists. Singers, DJs, producers and creators use Gurily to release their music, get discovered, connect with fans and work with brands. Our team also provides studio and video production for artists and brands. We are a small, fast-moving team, and every intern works on real things from day one.

The work

What you will do

  • Help coordinate music and video production projects from start to finish, so artists and brands get what was promised
  • Keep track of every project: what is planned, what is in progress, and what is done
  • Coordinate with our crew (editors, videographers, recording and studio teams) on schedules and deliverables
  • Follow up with artists and clients for files, feedback and approvals
  • Keep a simple tracker with deadlines, status and pending items, and remind the team in time
  • Check that deliveries are complete and organised before they are shared with the client
  • Share what you learn from projects so we can make our process smoother

Who should apply

Duration: 3 months, remote (work from home)

  • You are organised, and you like keeping many small things on track
  • You communicate clearly in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
  • You can follow up on your own without being reminded
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets or any simple tracking tool
  • Interest in music, video or media production is a plus
