About the role

Roles • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and productivity. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies. • Standardize workflows, SOPs, and operational procedures across departments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. • Monitor operational performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibility • Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes. • Develop and implement process improvement plans to reduce costs, minimize errors, and improve turnaround time. • Define, track, and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Conduct process audits, gap assessments, and root cause analysis. • Prepare process documentation, SOPs, workflow charts, and improvement reports. • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and employee training sessions. • Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainable results. • Coordinate with stakeholders to drive change management and process standardization. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, where applicable. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business operations, or quality management. • Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, SOP development, and root cause analysis. • Ability to analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities. • Familiarity with performance measurement, KPI tracking, and reporting. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
